Above all else, if an athlete wishes to participate yet cannot afford part or all of the fees, please request aid as we would love to help if our funds permit!

CKY Track & Field fees are as follows:

HIGH SCHOOL & MIDDLE SCHOOL

One-Time Season Fee : $200* (covers all regular season meets only, jersey rental fee, and insurance)

* MULTI-RUNNER DISCOUNT available

Postseason Fee : TBD (Cost for postseason meets is separate from regular season, since postseason meets are optional)

NOTE: If you are new to CKY or track in general or have special circumstances, please talk to your coach to see how we might help you to get started in ways that best work for you and your family.

MULTI-RUNNER DISCOUNT: If you sign up 2+ kids in the MS/HS teams, please note that we have a $10 reduction PER ATHLETE, for the full meet option ONLY (not the HALF-MEET option). For example, signing up one kid is $200, yet signing up 2 MS/HS kids comes to $190/kid for a total of $380. If you sign up 3 MS/HS kids, it is $180/kid for a total of $540, etc.

HALF-SEASON OPTION: There is also a half-season option of $100 per runner. This option is intended for athletes who are new to the sport and want to gain some confidence before running their first race. These new athletes would be practice-only until halfway through the season, and then would be able to participate in meets after the halfway point. This option could also be used for extreme circumstances (travel, sickness, etc. during the first half of the season).

PRACTICE-ONLY OPTION: For runners that wish to be part of track season team practices, yet not sign-up for track season meets, they may do so by paying $25 (to cover insurance). This is a great option for younger athletes, or those unsure on racing just yet.

Refunds are not expected, yet for extreme circumstances may be considered.

Other items such as warm-ups may be made available and optionally purchased individually or through team fundraisers.

Donations for team purchases and/or family hardship needs are greatly appreciated.
